3. Account Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• •You must not share accounts or allow unauthorized access.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Aiterava platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

Aiterava is a multi-tenant SaaS hospitality management platform providing tools for hotel, restaurant, spa, coworking, and event management, including booking engines, CRM, payments, and analytics.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aiterava to: violate any applicable law; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to systems; scrape or harvest data without consent; conduct fraudulent transactions.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue payments after reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Aiterava. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiterraxis SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
